Re-usable Weeks & Months Milestone Discs

This disc measures 14cm in diameter, and is printed on both sides of 3mm white acrylic. 

One side is printed “Weeks Old” and the other side “Months Old” accompanied by an adorable sitting elephant. By using white board markers or chalk pens you can add any number, making this a completely reusable and eco friendly milestone photo option.
